Privacy Policy

Living Da Nang (“we”) operates livingdanang.com as an apartment listing directory in a pilot / startup phase. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage (môi giới bất động sản) and do not yet hold a broker certificate or brokerage business registration. See our Legal status page for full disclosure.

This page explains what we collect when you browse the site, message us, or submit the owner listing form.

What we collect

• Browsing: standard server / CDN logs (IP, user agent, pages viewed) via Cloudflare. Optional Cloudflare Web Analytics or Google Analytics (Zaraz) if enabled — used for traffic and conversion insights, not to sell your data.
• WhatsApp / Zalo: whatever you choose to send us (name, requirements, preferred area). Messages stay in those apps and our chat history.
• Owner listing form (Đăng tin): name, phone/Zalo, building, district, size, bedrooms, asking rent, furnishing, availability, and notes. We may log the submission in Google Sheets and Cloudflare D1 for follow-up. Cloudflare Turnstile may run to reduce spam (see Cloudflare privacy).

We do not ask for ID cards or bank details on the website form.

How we use it

• Reply to rental or listing inquiries
• Confirm apartment details and prepare English catalog listings (with your agreement as owner or authorised representative)
• Improve the site (anonymous analytics aggregates)

We do not sell personal data. We may share details with a property owner or their authorised representative when needed to arrange a viewing or follow up on a listing you requested. We do not share your data for unlicensed brokerage purposes beyond information coordination described in our Terms.

Pilot phase notice

During the pilot phase we provide information and coordination only. We do not sign leases on your behalf. If you submit the owner form, you confirm you are authorised to offer the apartment and understand our service scope (see Legal status).

Retention

Lead and form records are kept while useful for active rentals or owner listings, then deleted or archived. You can ask us to remove your contact details — WhatsApp or email [email protected].

Cookies & similar

Essential cookies may be set by Cloudflare (security / Turnstile). Analytics tools, if enabled, may set their own cookies or use cookieless beacons. Favorites / compare on the site use your browser’s local storage only.

Your choices

• Do not submit the form if you do not want us to store those fields
• Message us to correct or delete your lead
• Use browser controls to clear local storage / cookies
