What livingdanang.com is
Living Da Nang is a startup project building an English-language apartment listing directory for long-term expat rentals in Da Nang, Vietnam.
We help:
- Tenants browse listings, compare options, and coordinate viewings via WhatsApp/Zalo
- Owners submit apartments for English catalog pages and expat inquiry routing (đăng tin)
What we are not (today)
We are not a licensed doanh nghiệp môi giới bất động sản and we do not act as licensed môi giới.
During this pilot phase we do not:
- Negotiate or sign lease contracts on behalf of owners or tenants
- Collect hoa hồng môi giới (brokerage commission) without a valid licence
- Guarantee that any listing is available, accurately priced, or suitable for your needs
Listings & contracts
- All listings are informational and supplied by owners or authorised representatives
- Availability, rent, deposit, utilities, and building rules can change — confirm before signing
- Lease contracts are between the tenant and the property owner (or their authorised representative)
- Any fee we charge owners is for marketing / listing services, agreed in writing — not unlicensed brokerage commission
Roadmap
- Now: Pilot directory + owner marketing service + WhatsApp coordination
- In progress: Broker certificate training & exam
- Next: Register as a real estate brokerage when legal requirements are met
- Then: Update this page, site notices, and Terms before offering licensed brokerage services
